    **** in case of themed event - presentation, coordination and advisory/expert panel ***** Collaboratory silverware, glasses and cups must be used because no Styrofoams or other plastic based cups or utensils are allowed!

    For meetings and events that use either multipurpose room 1 or 2, the before and after preparation and reset time requirement is 1 hour - 1 hour before and 1 hour after. For meetings and events that use multipurpose 1+2, the before and after preparation and reset time requirement is 2 hours - 2 hours before and 2 hours after.
