Non-Profit Meetings & Events

During business hours (weekdays 8AM-5PM):

  • Cleaning Fee: $25 (when food is brought in)
  • Special Cleaning Fee: $85 per space (large catered events)
  • Collaboratory Staff Support: $25 per hour
  • Moving of furniture $150
  • Coffee Service – $25 for first container (36 cups), additional $20 for 2nd
    container (72 cups), additional $15 for 3rd container (108 cups)

After Hours and Weekends:

  • Cleaning Fee: $85 (when food is brought in)
  • Special Cleaning Fee: $85 per space (large catered events)
  • Collaboratory Staff Support: $50 per hour per person on weekends, $35 per
    hour per person on weekdays afterhours
  • Moving of furniture $150
  • Security Fee: $25 per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
  • Coffee Service – $25 for first container (36 cups), additional $20 for 2nd
    container (72 cups), additional $15 for 3rd container (108 cups)

For-Profit Meetings & Events

  • Moving of furniture $150
  • Renting MP1 or MP2 fee: $200 per hour (2nd hour 5% discount, and so on)
  • Renting MP1 and MP2 fee: $400 per hour (2nd hour 5% discount, and so on)
  • Renting Lobby fee: $80 per hour
  • Renting Idea Room fee: $20 per hour
  • Renting Board Room fee: $30 per hour
  • Renting Classroom fee: $50 per hour
  • Set up and tear down time fee: $50 per hour

  • Renting additional outdoor space $250 per hour
  • Renting Lobby Area: $120 per hour
  • Renting Idea Room fee: $20 per hour
  • Renting Board Room fee: $30 per hour
  • Renting Classroom fee: $50 per hour
  • Set up and tear down time fee: $50 per hour
